March Card Club Samples

Here are the samples for our March Card Club!

I hope you like them! This month we will be learning heat embossing

& dry embossing (using the Big Shot).

The cost is $5 & you will get to make & take the 3 cards below: On this card we are heat embossing the apple to make a "scratch-n-sniff" embellishment. You mix clear embossing powder with powdered juice mix & it melts together when heated. Then you can scratch the apple & it will smell like fruit! Yummy!

This is a close-up of the apple. You can see the texture that the powdered juice mix adds to the apple & it smells delicious!

On this card we are heat embossing the tree. It looks so pretty in person! The vanilla cardstock on the background also has some swirl images dry embossed onto it, but you can't see it in the photo. That was done by using the Big Shot & a Texturz plate.

The white card stock on the background of this card is also dry embossed with the Big Shot & a Texturz plate. There are tiny raised dots, but you can't see it in the photo. In person it looks really pretty!

Christmas Card Camp-Riverside

Get your Christmas cards made now and enjoy some early holiday cheer before the craziness of the holiday season sets in!

*For this class I'm going to let you choose which cards you want to make from these 4 designs! You will be making 20, so just let me know how many you want to make of which design(s). For example, you could still make 5 each of the 4 designs, or you could make 10 of one design and 10 of another, or you could make all 20 of the same-whatever you want to do! If you don't tell me how many of each design you want to make then I will just assume that you want 5 each of the 4 different designs.

October Canyon Crest Card Club Samples

I am so excited that this Thursday will be our first Card Club for the Canyon Crest Ward (my local church)! We will be meeting the second Thursday of each month to make 3 cards for $5. My goal is to have the samples of what we will be making posted at least 2 weeks ahead of time so everyone can see them, but we'll see how that goes! Anyway, here are the cards that we'll be making at our Card Club this month:

Here's a close-up of the witches hat. I got the idea to use some Sticky Strip & Chunky Glitter off of one of the swaps from my last demonstrator meeting.
